    We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Do you offer telehealth appointments?
    Yes, we offer telehealth appointments for your convenience and safety. Please contact our office to schedule a telehealth session.
  • What are your office hours?
    Our office hours are [M-F 9am-5pm]. We also offer flexible scheduling options, including evening and weekend appointments, to accommodate your needs.
  • What should I expect during my first appointment?
    During your first appointment, we will conduct a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to understand your mental health history, current symptoms, and treatment goals. This will help us develop a personalized treatment plan for you.
  • Can you prescribe medication?
    Yes, as a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, Nerilene Ballard is qualified to prescribe medications as part of your treatment plan. Medication management is an integral part of our services.
  • Do you accept insurance?
    Yes, we accept insurance plans from Cigna, Optum, and Aetna, and we are currently being credentialed with additional insurance panels. Please contact our office for more information about coverage and to verify your benefits.
  • What if my insurance is not accepted?
    If we do not accept your insurance, we offer self-pay options. Please contact our office to discuss our rates and payment options
